Terms and Conditions — LUA Cosmetics
1. About us
This website (luacosmetics.es) is operated by LUA Cosmetics S.L., Calle Betis 24, 41010 Sevilla, Spain. By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Contact: hello@luacosmetics.es.
2. Products
We sell handmade soaps and cosmetics as described on the site. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour or texture may occur, as our products are handmade in small batches. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Correos Express. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within Spain. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@luacosmetics.es. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty and faulty products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs in that case.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logo, and design — is the property of LUA Cosmetics S.L. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
LUA Cosmetics S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Sevilla, Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.
