1. Who is responsible for your data
This website (luacosmetics.es) is operated by LUA Cosmetics S.L., Calle Betis 24, 41010 Sevilla, Spain, contactable at hello@luacosmetics.es.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name and email address, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter sign-up: email address.
- Orders (shop): name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment card data is processed directly and securely by WooCommerce Payments — we do not store your card details on our servers.
- Cookies: technical cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g. shopping cart), and analytics cookies used to understand how visitors browse the site, only after you give your consent via our cookie banner.
3. Why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries (contact form)
- To send you newsletters, only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time
- To process, ship, and manage your orders
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on: your consent (contact form, newsletter, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (orders), and our legal obligations (invoicing).
5. Who receives your data
- WooCommerce Payments, to process payments
- Correos Express, our shipping partner, to deliver your order
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact form messages: 12 months
- Order data: 6 years, as required by Spanish tax and accounting law
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
